Andrew and Brooke: Day 4-First Scuba Trip

Day 4= First Scuba Trip!
This was a first scuba trip for some of us- Me, Kelton, and Michelle! I'm not going to like, I was a little bit nervous. I really didn't want to see any sharks because come on they KILL people, but then I wanted to see them so I could tell people that I saw them! haha Anyway, we woke up bright and early and the dive people picked us up from our dock right outside of Villa Incommunicada! We were then taken to get get our BC, tanks, regulators, etc. stuff for the dive and switched boats. We went on 2 day dives and 1 night dive. I was too afraid to do the night dive so I only did the 2. The first dive was to get us use to diving and getting reacquainted with it for those who hadn't been for a while. It was very peaceful Saw some pretty fish and stuff. Unfortunately the water was really rough and Chris got sick and was throwing up the whole time we were diving and Jessica gets sick too, but did not throw up. So after our first dive we dropped them off and went to our second dive for the day. This was so awesome because we saw a nurse shark! Our Dive Master Lewis caught it and flipped it over and we pet its belly. It was soo cool and not at all scary like I thought it would be. It was not very big and nurse sharks are docile!

After our two dives we went back to the Villa and just hung out until everyone who went on the night dive had to leave. After they got back, we went to dinner and stayed up pretty late.

You can kind of tell how rough the water was in this picture. Trying to get off the boat with all that heavy gear was difficult, I kept almost falling!
