why are people so crazy?

Yesterday I drove down to Orem like I do every Saturday. I'm going down I-15 and have my phone in my hand because I'm expecting a call, when I turn to my left because something caught my eye. There is a couple driving in the carpool lane next to me and the lady in the passenger seat is freaking out at me. I have no idea what is going on. I'm not swerving, I don't think I did anything wrong, then I realize I have my phone if my left hand and think maybe she thinks that I am texting on my phone or something. That was the only thing that would make sense to me, but even then that doesn't really make sense because we pass each other a couple of times and everything she is yelling and moving her arms at me, so I'm thinking this is insane, I HAVE to take a picture because seriously she was crazy!!!!!! So here is it....
